Ingredients:
75g (~2/3 Cup) Butter
100g (~3/4 Cup) White Sugar
2 Puff Pastry
140g (~1 1/8 Cup) Almond Flour
3 Eggs

Instructions:
- Soften the butter by placing it in the microwave for around 30 to 60 seconds.
- Mix in a bowl the sugar, almond flour, 2 eggs and the white of the third egg (keep the yolk for later), and the softened butter.
- Place one sheet of puff pastry into the pie pan and poke it with a fork.
- Cover the puff pastry with jam (Optional).
- Add the mix to the puff pastry.
- Cover the whole with the second sheet of puff pastry.
- Draw motifs on the sheet with a knife (Optional).
- Brush the sheet with the egg yolk.
- Place the pie pan in the oven at 200°C (392 F°) for 25 minutes.
- Enjoy.
